Yuri in Wonderland All Star is a Blue Defense Fighter that is originally part of the All Star roster.

OVERVIEW
Overview
Yuri has one of the best aerial juggling normals in the game. The problem is that her best part (the slap) is replaced with a high kick in this case. It’s not bad since the slap has been nerfed pretty heftily over the years alongside Kyo’s shoulder tackle. She also still has the butt strike, which is the best part of Yuri’s air juggle. Her Leader skill is just an improved 60% Atk and -10% HP to defense types, which is better then Whip’s 60% Atk and -10% DEF to defense types due to how the meta for Defense has shifted towards Def to Atk conversions.
Core
Cores can define a character or put them higher above others very easily. Yuri’s one of those biggest examples. She has a Atk/Def stat increase, attack-type killer passive, a blow-type skill enhancement, penetration value increase and 15% power gauge generation increase for her core passives. These are almost all great as most of the meta is still mostly attack-type characters in most parts.
Her unique passive basically makes her from decent to overtly stupid. She has super armor when knocked below 70% HP for 3 seconds (CD of 12 seconds, so it’s a cycle of 9 seconds between) and a 35% Def to Atk conversion when an active skill hits. This effects damage immediately when the skill hits, making skills stronger if they are multi hit like the Shoryu-reppa skill.
These two unique passives are like a wet dream to defense-types in a defense and offense arena team. And it is honestly the factor that makes her stand above both Alice Athena and Queen of Hearts Vanessa, due to how the meta has moved from Leader Skill coordination to Individual unit strengths.
Skills
Yuri’s skills are also in a good range with pretty eh damage multipliers but ~11.2-11.3 second cooldown average. Skill 1 is a short-range projectile that freezes for 2 seconds. That’s basically it, but it ends up being the most scariest part of Rabbit Yuri’s arsenal during defense due to how freeze can fuck you up very easily.
The recovery animation isn’t as bad as Ryo or Robert’s also. Skill 2 is a running grab like Kyo’s running grab. It still doesn’t OTG like other running grabs like NESTS Kyo’s or Daimon’s… But it’s good enough as it gives a 26% Atk or Defense buff, which can’t really go wrong in either ways due to how it gives Yuri more damage. Even then, it doesn’t have to hit for you to get the buff.
So you can just throw it out during Live PvP for the hell of it to get the buff if you really need it. Skill 3 is a double shoryu. It looks mediocre in aspect with it not doing any other effect… But it OTG’s. Twice. Actually, it’s probably the best combo extending skill in the game so far due to how it’s just a giant walking OTG.
Conclusion
As if this isn’t enough, White Rabbit Yuri also gets a PG regeneration striker link from other Wonderland folks. If that’s not enough, she can also get a 5% Atk and Def buff alongside a 10% power gauge increase from her 95 variant when it is linked with her. White Rabbit Yuri is fucking scary as a seasonal, and is one of the bigger evolutions that has led to us getting Blue Defense T7 Jin Kazama. As a intermediate between Defense types starting to get more attention to actually strong defense-types, Yuri is by far one of the strongest (if not the) seasonal characters in the entire game by far in PvP.
