Orochi Shermie 97

Orochi Shermie 97 is a Green Attack Fighter that is originally part of the KOF 97 roster.

LEADER SKILL
OVERVIEW
Overview
Shermie also has a generic attack string and most other things related to generation 1 FES’s, but her leader skill is pretty interesting as it not only reduces HP, but also HP recovery by half. It’s borderline better for 6% Critical Rate up, but she doesn’t really use it effectively as other people would.
Core
Shermie has one game in her cores: Atk debuff conversion to Stun. When she attacks an enemy with an active skill, it reduces power gauge by 4% and also sends a attack power debuff for 7 seconds (up to 20% with 5 stacks). This already is good on paper as it is as strong as Jin’s core for PvP.
The other thing is that when she does a finishing skill, the attack debuffs are converted to stuns, making sure that she can basically finish off someone easily even if they survive (in case Krizalid or Rugal gets a second wind). Not only that, she also is immune to stun, which is crazy for a core passive add-on. Her Cores increase power, power gauge gain, decrease freezing duration and has projectile damage boost. Already solid for her playstyle.
Skills
The problem about Shermie wasn’t really that she was bad, but she had so much wasted text effects. Now, her projectiles are ridiculously strong. Skill 1 is a multi-hit projectile that travels slowly, but also gives a 50% chance to stun for 1.2 seconds on hit and also inflicts cooldown increase alongside Shock on an opponent.
This skill basically has become one of the best tools in PvP so far, as it forces opponents to respect it even with super armor and damage immunity due to how cooldown increase can effect a game heavily. (i.e. Ignis) Her second projectile has the same chance to stun, but also has a 35% shock.
Unlike the first projectile, this one is MUCH more harder to fight as it’s hard to really respond to it if Shermie has you pinned down with both projectiles. The third skill is like a Ralf Kick that isn’t really that amazing. It has super armor and disables evasion, so it’s good as a extension to prevent rolling. All in all, if the stun lands, all three skills prevent evasion. That’s pretty freaking nuts.
Conclusion
O. Shermie basically landed herself as the queen of live PvP, in my opinion. If Ignis is the feared person on the male side, then O. Shermie is by far the unknown queen as she can play neutrals in a game where neutrals are almost nonexistent.
