Heihachi Mishima All Star is a Purple Attack Fighter that is originally part of the All Star roster. He is part of the Tekken collab.

OVERVIEW
Heihachi Mishima is a pure damage dealer with some damage over time skills in the form of shock. In order for him to perform well, you will want to have as high critical rate and critical damage to get the most out of him. Unlike regular damage dealers, a Kula set will be less effective than the Tekken set, which provides crit rate and crit DMG.
All his skills are great at launching enemies into the air. His skill 1 will stun if it is a critical hit on shocked enemies. Not very reliable but it is a nice bonus when it happens. Skill 2 is a hit combo that ends with a hook to launch the enemy that shocks the enemy. Skill 3 knocks the enemy on the ground and then launch them upwards that also shocks.
It is best to start his combo string with either skill 3 or 2 to take advantage of the increased damage on shocked enemies. His core will give him additional crit rate and crit DMG to shocked enemies and can detonate it quickly for huge damage.
His leader skill is quite average and only gives 35% attack and 5% crit rate. Halloween Kula the leader will benefit him more than his own.
Heihachi is a great addition to your team, especially if you do not have anyone that can deal damage over time. The unfortunate thing is that the Epic Quest 0 boss Chizuru is yellow element, so he will be ineffective there compared to green damage over time fighters like Mature 96 or Andy 98.

DESCRIPTION
With his immense power and economic might, Heihachi Mishima is the head of Mishima Zaibatsu who wields great influence on the entire world, and later became the host of the King of the Iron Fist Tournaments. Working as the head of the Mishima Zaibatsu for a long time, he is also known as King of the Iron Fist. After the 4th King of Iron Fist Tournament ended, he was known to have been killed in the explosion Hon-Maru but miraculously survived.
